Yahh, we been hangin down dare at dat Facebook fence again I reckon so. Dat chatterin and banter is all ok then. I put pictures up, and den people come comment bout silly things and such. I think sum were drunk, but den who cares bout it. Twitter been goin down da tubes, and ain't all she's kraked up 2 B as before. I stop in now and again, then I might drive troo dis blog a time er two. I wonder if Sandee will float on by in da boat ??

ethereal passages ... songs that dance through my mind
a mood, a thought, a day dream or two

The heat and dew points have been so high in the past three weeks. My guess is that my sweat secretions have been in the 10,000 gallon range, or to make a visual comparison, "A tanker truck full". If that sounds repulsive ... consider the under-arm odors.

The search started long before perception
lines in the sand as guides
in circles, in figure eights, in desultory direction
arrival seemed adjacent to my path
it appeared just within grasp
yet, what might be there was blurred
then in desperation and doubt ...
I dropped my eyes to the landscape at my feet
