Fahrenheit to Celsius & Nude Deck Guy

I read a lot of posts that are talking about temperature lately. Being a part of a world blogging community, you see both Fahrenheit and Celsius readings.
This morning it is -18F , which equates to -28C. Many people assume I am talking about the wind chill numbers when they are so cold, but no, -18 is real air temp.

The wind chill is -30

This is what can happen! ... not very pretty. Moral of my grid graph conversion table story? Stop griping about how cold it is when you have weather in the 20's.

20F = -7C

That is T shirt weather here

nude deck idiot guy !

This is me out on the deck last night in my bathing suit after swimming a few laps in the pool. The temperature then was -5F. Of course, I am not crazy, so I installed nipple armor plates ( as seen above ) to protect myself from "harms way".

I don't know which is scary: the toe or the photo of the...um...Nintendo booklet. ;)

However, I won't complain about 20s again. Thanks for the info.

ACK!!! You need to give a girl a warning if you are going to be posting toes that look like that on your blog! HA HA HA HA! EWWW!
Oh my, oh my, oh my! You better call Dr. Shoal in to consult on that one!

Oh golly!

As for the um...nipple armor plates (ha ha ha ha ha ha! just at the name of them!) I'm so glad to hear that you practice safe deck sitting. You can't be too careful in this day and age! :D

It may be t-shirt weather for you, but you still look mighty cold out there on your snowy deck to me! HA HA!

Hope you are staying warm today, Speedy. Thanks for all the crazy things you do just to give us a laugh. You're definitely a one of a kind. :-)

The toe got me Speedy. That's just so wrong is so many ways.

Have a terrific day and keep your nipples warm. Bwahahahahaha. Big hug. :)

Hi Speedy! I learned a lot in this post - thanks for the graph on converting Fahrenheit to Celsius because I always have problems with that when I hear my blogging friends in other countries talk about their weather temperatures. Also that toe definitely makes me not want to complain about low temperatures here. By the way, I hope that was nobody you knew! ;) Wishing you lots of hot chocolate today!

Everyone else seems to be caught up on the toe-- I personally wanted to see video of that tape being removed from your chest :-)

I just use my computer to convert temps. much easier and doesn't cause strokes.

I'm cold, otherwise I'd stay and chat. It's -5(c).

Stay comfortable!

I have always want to find out the conversion between the two! This is really helpful hahahhaha

Your card bra look sexy!

hehehhehehe

Hi Net!

My template code is still all the same, I just wrote in a horizontal link bar instead of vertical in the sidebar.

I am being held hostage ...

I was yelling and flinching way to much to do any video!

Speedcat Hollydale said...

Teeni - No, I found the toe on Google. Who knows who's foot it is :-)
Just glad it's not mine

Sandee, I did ... and wore a jacket today!

Daisy, for one moment before I stepped out there, I wondered just WHY I would do such a thing, let alone have other people see me out there. Your comment alone was worth it!
I do admit, I get a kick out of doing things that most folks would not. Makes blogging "more" than a few pokes at my keyboard.
