I am not trying to be picky here but I think Technorati is counting backward with you and me.
I have had new faves just recently and my score like yours just keeps getting lower.
What have we done wrong? Why are they picking on us?

Jackie: Technorati does NOT count FAVs unlike most people think. They count links, and only the ones that are NEW! You could have a Technorati number of 700 and then have it drop to 500 in a week because old links are no longer counted and have fallen off.
They are also very erratic - and never have been an acurate "scorekeeper". It is important to remember that Technorati numbers mean NOTHING at all. Google PR is king. You couls have 1000 incoming links, but if they are from low quality PR 0 and PR 1 sites, it is actually a bad thing. Links from PR 3-5 are good. Links from PR 6 and above are GOLD. One link from a PR 10 is far better than 10000 links from PR 1's
Technorati is just a scorekeeper! That's all, so do not worry about it much :-)
