Superbowls ... commercials and the half-time show. Bruce Springsteen did an alright job for all the folks at the retirement community I guess. He was never one of my favorites. To me, it sounds like he is in pain when he sings. Double hernia, in the USA !!!
The game on the other hand was fantastic. It has been a long time since I can remember a Super Bowl that had such an exciting fever in the stadium. Fans on both sides were at wits edge as the lead was changed in the 4th quarter. The last goaline rush? Unbelievable suspense without a doubt.Of course the only BIG thing about this game was my blog bet with Chris of "At Home at Last". Read Umm... Maybe this wasn't such a great idea.... and you will see the contracts signed by both of us. She LOVE LOVE LOVES the Steelers. Me? .... I do not love either team, so am glad she won the bet we had. I of course said the Cardinals would DEVASTATE Pittsburgh in my cheerleader formulated betting prediction for 2009. Ahh well, I will have a new formula next year.
