How about a messed up way to launch a new YouTube service for the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives ??
To kick off www.YouTube.com/HouseHub , Speaker Nanci "FANCY" Pelosi presents... " Capitol Cat Cam "! What follows is a series of video clips of two cats pussy footing around in the Washington Capitol. They check out the flower arrangement, look out the windows at the Washington Monument, and play with Pelosi's "pound out the taxes" gavel.

The new Rickrolled video is linked to an internet meme that started a few years ago, and is basically a prank
in which unsuspecting viewers are tricked into listening to Rick Astley's 1987 hit "Never Gonna Give You Up". I have seen this video "just a few times" myself. The classic Rickroll is when someone is tricked into clicking on link that takes them to a video of the song. Some examples are here, here, and here. I guess this reflects the new understanding of how the Internet can work for an elected public official ... and the cats? A play on the White House's BarneyCam.

Yep, I've heard about the Rick Astley meme - it made the news over here \9Although I don't think it was this particular one)...and who wouldn't want to listen Rick? He may have made some corny but catchy songs but he really has great voice; I saw him live about 2years ago in quite a small intimate setting and he can really sing - he did all his old hits and host of others including the old crooners. Fantastic stuff!
