Bongo Beavers from the Canabeva Valley

On my recent trip to "Canabeva" Canada, my wildlife safari group discovered a band of intelligent beavers in the Yukatoawachie Valley. (Okay, it was not really a safari, but it was an excursion)

Wearing my protective head gear, I was adaptive and assimilating with nature. My beaver calls and beaver tail flaps were well received by the nomadic group of mammals.

Slowly I crept ever closer to one of the giant bongo beavers .... he was playing "We will Rock You" by Queen. Another member in my party was able to capture the picture (left) of his performance. At the end of his rendition, we all clapped, and the beaver took a bow.
I wanted to try the bongos, but the wild Canadian animal lashed out, and tried to bite me. Note to self ... never reach your hand out at a beaver.
After the concert, our group walked down along the river banks to examine the dams. They were quite elaborate, and I was immediately aware of the dam builders stick assembling prowess. They sure can do miracles with those fat tail of theirs!

To aid in the construction, I offered a chainsaw to one them (the smallest and weakest of course). With a keen sense of adaptation, he was at home with the Stihl 5000 dual blade tip in no time. Here he is testing the throttle, and getting a feel of the saws balance.

After a long day of cutting, fetching, and mud caking ... our safari group was ready to head North to the hotel and say goodbye to our new found friends. I hear Drowsey Monkey lives around here!
