Did Speedy ever tell you all about the time, many many years ago, when he went to Ireland (wait ... was it Scotland or Ireland, Speedy?) and hit the pubs in his kilt?
He got rather (totally) inebriated and as he started walking back to his hotel, he got a little lost, went off through a field, sat down to rest and fell asleep for the night.
A handful of curious leprechauns ... LITTLE people ... found him in the middle of the night and decided that they would find out, once and for all, what IS under a kilt???
In the morning Speedy wakes up ... wondering why he is in the middle of a field. Heads for tree to relieve himself and is surprised to find a blue ribbon attached to his watering can.
Baffled but delighted, he begins singing:
