Saint Patty Cakes & Greenbriar HollyCat

Saint Patty Cakes & Greenbriar HollyCat

It seems that in my "family tree", the Irish blood I thought I had .... disappeared. A member in my chromosomal past was adopted - by an Irish family. The legend moved on through generations was that Irish flowed in the jeans ... er genes. The first 25 years of my life were spent believing that I was of the green decent. Now, it seems that I am just a regular Norwegian! (not that there is anything wrong with that) I do like green though .... what the heck.
Happy St. Patrick's Day :-)

Apparently no matter how hard I try, I am just behind in the blogging relm. I have over 20 award / memes backed up, I have not made it to comment on blogs that have commented here, and I have still not added links and badges to my site that were on my old template.
**A quick note: Drowsey Monkey has a quick video feature with Olga, Roberts , ME and Meleah on her page. I cannot load it with my old ****** computer / dial-up connection. Make sure to stop in and check it out!! I wish I knew what it was .... all I know is that I am in a dress :-)

Bobby, I read your blog on my cell phone! You really did tag me ...(LOL) See you soon my friend.

You will only find this on Technorati .... comment about this secret 0007 text and you will be forever my hero ... and will like you better - Ha haaa!!!!!

The Hub likes to think he's Irish too, but alas he is NOT. But I have to humor him on St. Pat's Day.

I've got a similar problem, but in my case, I was adopted (not an ancestor) into an Irish family, so I've always known I wasn't "real". A couple of years ago I got a Y-DNA test and found out that I'm Norwegian by way of Scotland.

Eh, close enough.

Screw it, we're all Irish!

I heard that you were grown from a large seed in a forest of pine trees. Is that true?
