Rocket Boy in Hawaii - DC9

Today on one my travels, I came across a man with a DC-9 jet aircraft motor. He sold it to me for 150 dollars. I came up with an idea to create the world's fastest "Rocket Golf Cart". My only problem is that it will be to noisy for use anywhere in city limits. "What can I accomplish by building this", I cried out. Then, like a bolt of lightning in my brain, (which happens often), I decided to jump a volcano with it. I set the BIG DAY for May 20th, because the "outline parameters" for fabrication in my garage are limited to a small tool kit and 15 minutes per night of diligent work.
You can sponsor this stunt by linking to this post. For the effort, I will proudly display your blog URL on the side panels of the Rocket Cart, and you might see it on TV. (visibility = hits)
The picture below is a computer simulated view of the actual event. It was created by the geniuses at www.speedyimages.com .... wish me luck!!

cart, danger is my middle name, DC9, fire, rocket, Speedcat Bond, volcano

Sppedy my friend, has it occurred to you that you might just end up in the 2000 degree middle of the volcano? You would not end up crispy, you would end up being dead lava man.

Brilliant I can see an A&E special...instead of Gene Simmons and Dog the Bounty Hunter..It will be Speedcat Hollydale..You will be swamped with money ..decked in gaudy jewelry..and chased by young blonde women in bikinis everywhere you go...

I agree with Nascar! What a wonderful idea! And like the good friend that I am, have sponsored you on my blog, picture and all! Just try to remember us little people when you are rich and famous, OK?

Your support has led me to increase work time on the project to 20 minutes per night. I never realized that a DC-9 Jet motor was so heavy!

Hey...I'm on Bobby's page (cool) How are you Mr. Revell? :-)
